Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a pale straw-yellow color, luminous and clear, with subtle greenish highlights reflecting youthful vigor. On the nose, it unveils an honest bouquet dominated by fresh white fruit notes such as green apple and pear, interwoven with Mediterranean wild herbs like fennel and thyme over a delicate citrus undertone.
