Narrative Tasting Note
Poured into the glass, Aurora d'Espiells captivates instantly with a delicate, pale pink color highlighted by rose gold reflections reminiscent of dawn over the Can Espiells vineyards. On the nose, it unveils an elegant bouquet where Pinot Noir delivers wild raspberry, woodland strawberry, and fresh red cherry notes, seamlessly blended with Macabeo and Grenache hints of white orchard fruits, almond blossoms, and crisp citrus.
