Time Waits For No One Double (often called the "Black Label") is the most ambitious project from Finca Bacara. This wine invites us to reflect on how time flies while we savor the full richness of Monastrell grapes. After 12 months of aging in oak barrels, it reveals a dark, nearly opaque ruby color. On the nose, it is an explosion of elegance: ripe black fruits, hints of licorice, and a balsamic undertone that blends seamlessly with notes of coffee and vanilla.

On the palate, its raw power transforms into pure sophistication. It is full-bodied with an impeccable structure, yet it feels incredibly velvety.
