Tasting Note

In the glass, it radiates a charming elegance, displaying a very clean pale pink color highlighted by beautiful onion-skin reflections and soft salmon hues, while a fine, constant, and microscopic stream of bubbles moves gracefully to form a delicate crown. The nose is a celebration of ripe wild fruit, leading with aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, and pomegranate, which seamlessly evolve into complex notes from its long cellaring, such as artisanal bread crust, withered rose petals, subtle hints of fine pastry, and a highly polished mineral background that mirrors the freshness of the soil. On the palate, it exhibits masterly balance and outstanding volume. The entry is gentle yet firm, supported by incredibly fine bubbles that caress the mouth with a velvety, creamy texture. Throughout the mid-palate, a well-sustained, vibrant citrus acidity beautifully refreshes the inherent richness of the grenache, accompanied by memories of red fruit and light hints of toasted nuts. The finish is remarkably long, distinguished, and persistent, leaving a clean aftertaste of mature fruit and a very elegant smoky memory.
