Marta Reserva Brut Nature is a fresh cava, with good bubbles and a pleasant taste with a touch of complexity without being complicated. A good friend for any moment!

When you pour it, you can already see a fine and persistent mousse, with tiny bubbles rising non-stop. The color is clear, like a pale yellow with a hint of green, which suggests freshness. On the nose, you get a pleasant aroma, like ripe apple and pear, nothing of those smells that make you wrinkle your nose. There's also a soft touch like freshly baked bread, which gives it a special point.

When you taste it, the first sensation is that it's not sweet at all, it's dry, just as "Brut Nature" indicates. But it's not a dryness that makes you grimace, but rather it has an acidity that makes it lively and refreshing. The bubbles are soft and pleasant on the palate.

The taste is somewhat reminiscent of the aroma: white fruit, maybe a little lemon, and that brioche-like flavor that gives it a more interesting touch than a basic cava.

It's a cava that goes down very well, it's not heavy and leaves your mouth clean. I find it ideal for snacking, to start a meal, or simply to enjoy a glass without thinking too much.
