Made using rigorous cryoextraction (controlled freezing of grapes at -15 °C in cold chambers to concentrate natural juice sweetness), this 100% Riesling ice wine extracts the purest, liveliest, and most aromatic essence of the variety. In the glass, Gramona Vi de Glass Riesling glows with a bright, pale straw-yellow color highlighted by green and light gold reflections. The nose unfolds a fresh, lively, and crystal-clear aromatic symphony: crisp white stone fruit and citrus aromas immediately emerge—such as apricot, lime, green apple, and candied orange peel—framed by white flowers, acacia honey, fresh pineapple, and the characteristic mineral, subtly petroliferous undertone of noble Riesling.
