Crafted under DO Penedès, this young white comes from organically farmed vineyards in the Ordal mountains. Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a lovely pale yellow hue, bright and clear, with subtle greenish reflections hinting at its youthful vibrancy. The nose unveils an inviting, expressive bouquet centered on fresh white fruit like green apple and juicy pear, accented by hints of apricot, wild white flowers, fennel, and freshly cut grass.
