Born from selected plots, this blend masterfully pairs the generous red fruit profile of Red Grenache with the spicy, floral elegance of Syrah. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, it delivers a smooth, velvety Mediterranean masterpiece.
Narrative Tasting Note
In the glass, ODA Red boasts an intense, dark cherry-red color with deep garnet edges and exceptional color density. The nose opens with a solemn and highly concentrated bouquet filled with dark berry jam—cassis, wild blackberries, and stewed plums—intermingled with black pepper spice, violet blossoms, fine tobacco leaf, dark chocolate 80%, and subtle roasted oak nuances. On the palate, it enters with broad power, rich volume, and remarkable fleshiness; firm yet impeccably polished tannins frame a deep mouthfeel where fruit richness is elevated by natural freshness. The finish is exceptionally long, persistent, and aristocratic, leaving lasting impressions of cocoa nibs, toasted spice, and dark fruit intensity.
