Niu d'Estel

Niu d'Estel from the DO Clàssic Penedès is a sparkling wine made by the Traditional Method (double fermentation), a single-varietal white Grenache from high-altitude vineyards in the Pla de Manlleu area on the borders of the Penedès.

Despite being a superior aging sparkling wine, with a long aging, it stands out for its freshness. Straw yellow, with floral aromas, where the almond blossom stands out. In the mouth it is honest and faithful to its aroma, accompanied by a persistent bubble and a long aftertaste where the notes of pastries stand out.
