The Ultimate Vermouth Experience: History, Tasting, and Creation
Have you ever wondered what makes a vermouth truly special? Join us for a deep dive into the world of this century-old tradition. In this interactive workshop, you will not only learn about its heritage but also become the creator of your very own bottle.
- The Origin: Travel back in time to discover how vermouth was born and how it became the undisputed king of the aperitif.
- The Tasting: We will taste different styles (white, red, reserve) to learn how to identify their nuances and aromatic notes.
- Mixology: Discover how to use vermouth to craft the most surprising and balanced cocktails.
- Your Own Vermouth: The icing on the cake. You will have a "botanical lab" at your disposal to design, macerate, and bottle your own personalized vermouth, tailored to your taste.
