Tasting Note
In the glass, it presents a bright cherry-red color of medium depth with vibrant violet glints reflecting its youth. The nose opens with an upfront and expressive bouquet of wild red and black berries —raspberries, forest strawberries, blackberries, and ripe cherries— laced with delicate violet and blue flower perfume. With a few moments in the glass, subtle herbal undertones, graphite, and earthy slate minerality typical of Bierzo soil emerge. On the palate, it delivers a fresh, juicy, and welcoming entry. The mouthfeel is fluid, light, and silky with smooth, well-rounded tannins that make it exceptionally easy to drink.
