On May 30th, we invite you to dive into the fascinating world of Ratafia, the most iconic herbal liqueur of our culture. In this hands-on sensory workshop, we will travel through time to uncover the origins and legends surrounding this ancestral drink.

What to expect?

• History & Secrets: Learn about the traditional recipes passed down through generations.

• Guided Tasting: Taste a selection of the country's finest Ratafias, learning to identify notes of green walnut, herbs, and spices.

• Crafting Session: As a grand finale, you will create your own Ratafia! We will guide you through the blending of plants and aromatics so you can take home your very own artisanal creation.

Price: 25€ per person (includes all materials, tasting, and your handcrafted Ratafia).
