Vi Novell, with its unique and ephemeral character, connects us directly to a cherished past. Historically, the starting point for opening the year's first wine was November 11th, Saint Martin's Day, as the popular saying goes: "By Saint Martin's Day, slaughter the pig and uncork the wine!" (Per Sant Martí, mata el porc i enceta el vi).

This tradition marked the festive release of the youngest wine, the one that expresses the purest, most joyful essence of the recent grape harvest. The great virtue of Vi Novell is its immediacy, freshness, and intense fruity character, reminiscent of freshly picked grapes. It is an unaged wine, meant to be enjoyed right away—vibrant and unpretentious.
