Indeed, we had the immense pleasure of hosting a very special guest: Albert Pica, head winemaker of the renowned Celler Carol Vall\u00e8s<\/a><\/strong>, who travelled expressly to guide us through an exclusive tasting designed to find the perfect matches for the shortest night of the year, making it an unmissable event for lovers of Cellers Carol Vall\u00e8s<\/a> in Manresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the passion that defines him, Albert brought us closer to the essence of the most artisanal Pened\u00e8s through three surprising proposals that shatter traditional Cava standards. To begin with, we started the journey with the Parellada i Faura<\/a><\/strong>, showcasing the elegance of a local grape variety taken to its highest expression through chronological aging. Next, we discovered the Mallerenga<\/a><\/strong>, a Xarel\u00b7lo-driven blend bursting with character and a vibrant freshness that instantly awakens the senses.
